We confirm your order and send your plan. Example PDFs and CAD DWGs are available on request.
- 04Adapt it to your site
A bought plan is a head start, not a consent set. Our designers fit it to your section, add the structure, bracing and H1 detail, and lodge it.
Every site has its own boundaries, orientation, wind zone, ground conditions and district plan rules. We adapt the plan to suit and add everything council needs for building consent.
